• Technical Support and Communication skills for engaging with clients and providing exceptional support.
• Proven Sales experience and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
• Engineering background or familiarity with power and distribution transformers is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup with occasional on-site visits to clients or internal facilities.
