Technical Sales Engineer

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Technical Sales Engineer will collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs, propose suitable solutions, and ensure efficient product demonstrations. Responsibilities include providing technical sales support, building strong client relationships, assisting with both pre- and post-sales processes, and addressing customer inquiries. Additionally, the role involves analyzing customer requirements and offering tailored automation solutions to meet their objectives.

• Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering roles, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively
• Strong background in providing Technical Support and assisting customers with troubleshooting and solutions
• Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams
• Proven ability in Sales and understanding customer needs to drive successful business outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
• Experience in the automation industry or with instrumentation is a plus
