Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Surat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, explaining financial products and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve collaborating with colleagues and reporting on progress to the team lead or manager.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with the finance and Two-Wheeler industry trends is an advantage
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Relevant experience in sales or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related area is preferred
