Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our field sales team in
electronic components. This role involves direct visits to business customers, developing
face-to-face relationships, and generating new business opportunities. It is ideal for
candidates who enjoy traveling, meeting clients in person, and building trust and rapport with
ambitious customers.
Key Responsibilities
Visit potential and existing business customers at their offices, factories, or sites
Identify electronic component decision-makers and understand client business needs
through in-person meetings
Present and demonstrate company products or services during customer visits
Generate new leads and develop a strong local customer base
Build and maintain long-term relationships
Prepare and submit visit reports and sales updates
Achieve assigned sales targets, coverage plans, and provide customer insights
Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical / Electronic or a Bachelor's degree in a related field (or
equivalent experience)
Strong interpersonal and face-to-face communication skills
Willingness to travel and work in the field
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM preferred)
Preferred Skills
Internship or trainee experience in field sales or direct marketing
Ability to negotiate and close deals under guidance, with self-ambition and a
hardworking attitude
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Good planning and time-management skills
