Company Description

Relific builds integrated data platforms for the social impact and CSR ecosystem. Our products help organisations collect, unify, analyse, and report impact data across thematic areas. We work with NGOs, CSR teams, foundations, and implementation partners to turn complex field data into actionable insights.

Role Description

You'll be the bridge between what our clients need and what our product can do. Part technical advisor, part relationship builder, part product champion. You'll run demos that actually land, design solutions that fit real workflows, and stay close enough to customers to know what we should build next.

This isn't a role where you hand off after the sale. You'll own the relationship from first call through renewal - configuring tools, troubleshooting issues, and making sure customers get real value.

What You'll Do

Win and Onboard Customers

Lead discovery calls to understand client needs and design tailored solutions

Run product demos and technical walkthroughs that show real value

Build proposals and solution architectures alongside the sales team

Own technical credibility throughout the sales cycle

Make Customers Successful

Configure forms, datasets, dashboards, and workflows for client use cases

Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and solution optimization

Build lasting relationships that lead to renewals and expansion

Shape the Product

Translate field feedback into clear product and engineering inputs

Work with engineering to resolve issues and improve usability

Stay sharp on customer trends, impact measurement, and compliance reporting

Qualifications

3+ years in technical sales, solutions consulting, or pre-sales (SaaS or data platforms preferred)

You can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders without losing them

Hands-on comfort with data concepts, dashboards, and workflows

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent)

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent practical experience

Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-ground support

Bonus Points

Experience in the NGO, CSR, or development sector

Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks

Background in analytics, data platforms, or workflow automation
