Responsible for managing the semiconductor companies
Responsible for managing the distributors
Responsible for business in Asiapac (except India)
Identify and engage with design and validation engineers to understand their pain points in protocols such as PCIe Gen 5/6, UFS 4.0, MIPI, and Automotive Ethernet.
Conduct hands-on demonstrations of Protocol Analyzers and Exercisers, showcasing real-time data capture, error injection, and compliance testing capabilities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Manage and enable global distributors with technical training and sales collateral to ensure consistent messaging across international markets.
Manage the full sales funnel from lead generation and RFP responses to technical evaluation (PoC) and closing.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication (ECE) or a related technical field.
7 to 8 years of experience in technical sales, field applications, or business development within the Test & Measurement or Semiconductor industry.
Strong foundational understanding of high-speed serial protocols. Has achieved sales quota/target above USD2M per year during the sales tenure
Preferably has sales experience in selling test and measurement equipments to semiconductor companies for post silicon validation
Has experience in using CRM tools for reporting sales opportunities and forecasting the business on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Familiarity with oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and bit error rate testers (BERT).
