About The Role

Manage 10-15 sales executives, close high-value property deals (₹50L-₹3Cr), hit monthly targets of 10-15 units.

Career Path

Team Lead → Area Head (Year 3) → VP (Year 4+).

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and train sales executives
  • Close deals and monitor KPIs
  • Coach team members
  • Ensure compliance and documentation
  • Build customer relationships

SALARY & INCENTIVES

Base: ₹8-12 LPA

Additional Incentives: ₹5-15L/month (uncapped)

Total: ₹68-192L annually

Requirements

  • 3-10 years real estate sales experience
