Responsibilities
- Recruit and train sales executives
- Close deals and monitor KPIs
- Coach team members
- Ensure compliance and documentation
- Build customer relationships
SALARY & INCENTIVES
Base: ₹8-12 LPA
Additional Incentives: ₹5-15L/month (uncapped)
Total: ₹68-192L annually
