Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell press parts, punches, dies, and related tableting tooling solutions to pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and allied industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and acquiring new accounts.
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable press parts and tooling solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and trials at customer sites.
- Prepare and follow up on techno-commercial proposals, price negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, quality, dispatch) to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Handle customer complaints, technical issues, and ensure post-sales support and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business strategy.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, collection targets, and profitability goals.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, forecasts, and MIS as required.
- Travel extensively within Maharashtra for customer visits, meetings, and business development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 37 years of experience in technical sales of press parts, tableting tools, pharma machinery components, or related engineering products. Fresher can apply .
