Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Promote and sell press parts, punches, dies, and related tableting tooling solutions to pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and allied industries.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and acquiring new accounts.
  3. Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable press parts and tooling solutions.
  4. Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and trials at customer sites.
  5. Prepare and follow up on techno-commercial proposals, price negotiations, and order closures.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, quality, dispatch) to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
  7. Handle customer complaints, technical issues, and ensure post-sales support and satisfaction.
  8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business strategy.
  9. Achieve assigned sales targets, collection targets, and profitability goals.
  10. Maintain CRM records, sales reports, forecasts, and MIS as required.
  11. Travel extensively within Maharashtra for customer visits, meetings, and business development.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 37 years of experience in technical sales of press parts, tableting tools, pharma machinery components, or related engineering products. Fresher can apply .
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical tooling or tablet compression domain will be highly preferred.
