Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Technical Sales Engineer. The role involves providing technical expertise throughout the sales process, delivering customized solutions to meet client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting pre-sales activities, responding to technical inquiries, presenting product demonstrations, and collaborating with clients to ensure requirements are met. The Technical Sales Engineer will also assist in the creation of proposals, support post-sales activities, and effectively communicate technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering for delivering technical solutions in a sales context
  • Proficiency in Sales and Technical Support, with the ability to address client needs and solve technical challenges
  • Strong Communication skills to articulate technical concepts effectively and engage with diverse audiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, IT infrastructure, and analytics tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a sales engineering role is preferred
