Job Description

Mantras2success Consultants is seeking a proactive Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. This pivotal role requires a blend of sales acumen and technical expertise, specifically in industrial gearboxes and motors. You'll be responsible for driving sales, cultivating strong client relationships, providing essential technical support, and conducting compelling product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Drive the sales of industrial gearboxes and motors, actively seeking out and securing new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting client relations, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to products.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct effective product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of industrial gearboxes and motors to potential clients.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply strong knowledge of gearboxes and a basic understanding of PLC/SCADA systems in all client interactions and sales activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of industrial gearboxes and motors.
  • Basic understanding of PLC/SCADA systems.
  • Proven ability to drive sales in a technical domain.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Aptitude for providing technical support and conducting product demonstrations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in a technical sales role, preferably within the industrial machinery or automation sector.
