Job Description

Job Overview:

Lubi Electronics is seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Engineer Industrial Computing & Networking. The role acts as a bridge between customers and technical teams, focusing on promoting and selling industrial computing and networking solutions while providing effective pre-sales and project support.

Education Required:

  • B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics, IT, or Computer Science.
  • MBA or relevant sales certification will be an added advantage.

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales engineering, preferably in industrial automation, networking, or power supply products.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Technical Support:

  • Understand customer requirements and conduct product demos, presentations, and technical workshops along with the technical team.
  • Recommend suitable industrial computing and networking solutions based on customer use cases.
  • Assist in network architecture design, BoQ preparation, and solution documentation.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and engage new customers across the assigned region.
  • Promote industrial networking products including Ethernet switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and industrial solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Generate leads through partners, system integrators, and channel networks.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with customer technical and procurement teams.
  • Follow up on proposals, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Maintain post-sales engagement to ensure customer satisfaction.

Proposal, Tender & Documentation Support:

  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, competition product comparisons, and network diagrams.
  • Ensure compliance with tender specifications for government and enterprise bids.
  • Coordinate with OEMs and contractors for product positioning and pricing.

Project Coordination & Support:

  • Coordinate with delivery and technical teams for solution implementation.
  • Provide support during deployment and commissioning when required.

Market & Technology Awareness:

  • Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends.
  • Track competitor solutions and pricing.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Basic knowledge of networking and industrial computing fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience in a sales-focused role.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales report generation.

Business & Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong capability in product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Good negotiation, relationship-building, and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to work with EPC contractors and system integrators.
  • Effective CRM and sales pipeline management.
