Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer at fischer India's Trivandrum location. The key responsibilities include providing technical support to customers, identifying and addressing technical requirements, and presenting practical solutions to meet client needs. The role also involves developing strong customer relationships, driving sales strategies, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure delivery efficiency. The position will require a combination of technical expertise and sales engineering to successfully complete various client projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to recommend and sell effective solutions to clients.
  • Proficiency in providing Technical Support and addressing customer-specific technical challenges.
  • Strong Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of Sales processes and techniques, with the ability to meet targets and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Educational background in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the construction or fixing solutions industry is an added advantage.
  • A proactive, innovative mindset with a focus on customer needs and problem-solving.
