Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer role based in New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions through technical sales expertise. The role involves delivering technical support, presenting and demonstrating products or systems, and collaborating with clients to ensure their requirements are met efficiently and effectively. Candidates will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and developing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to identify client needs and provide customized solutions.
- Strong skills in Technical Support and Communication to address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Experience in Sales and a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets while maintaining client relationships.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
