Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Engineer, located in Ahmedabad. While the role requires onsite presence, there is flexibility for some work from home. The Technical Sales Engineer will engage with clients to understand their technical requirements, provide product demonstrations and technical support, and develop tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include managing the technical aspects of the sales cycle, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience min 1yr in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, with the ability to understand technical products and deliver effective solutions to customers.
- Strong skills in Technical Support to address client needs and resolve product-related issues.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients and team members effectively.
- A background in Sales, with knowledge of best practices and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a hybrid work environment.
