Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The role focuses on promoting and selling Rawlplug's technical solutions to clients in the construction industry. Responsibilities include providing technical support, understanding customer requirements, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Technical Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to deliver customer-focused results and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to address customer needs and design solutions
  • Skills in Communication and Technical Support to engage with clients and provide exceptional service
  • Proficiency in Sales to drive business growth and meet revenue targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build lasting professional relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in the construction or fixing solutions industry is an advantage.
