Technical Sales Coordinator

Role Description

The Technical Sales Coordinator will manage client inquiries, provide technical support, assist in sales operations, and coordinate communication between internal teams and customers. Responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, preparing quotations, providing product information, and ensuring efficient sales processes.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address inquiries and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Technical Support expertise to explain product functionality and resolve client issues effectively.
• Sales and Sales Operations skills to drive sales processes, manage accounts, and support order tracking.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualification - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Production / Rubber / Polymer Engineering

Strong to mid-level English communication skills with good technical understanding

1–3 years of experience in technical sales or coordination (freshers can also apply)
