1. Technical Product line Understanding
• Understanding customer's requirement and position solution
• Prepare detailed estimates for different projects.
• Review estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with defined scope of work.
• Giving demonstrations, training, and presentations to help clients discover and understand products/services and understand products/services.
• To design solution, make solution presentation and present it to customer.
• Hardware Selection, BOM, System layout, Solution write-up, service effort estimation, third party component and services estimation for proposal.
• Providing pre-sales and post-sales support

• Lead Generation
• Early engagement in customer requirement
• Achieving Product vertical Quarterly & Annual targets.
3. Customer Satisfaction
• Taking regular feedback from the customers.
• Providing timely response to the customer as per predetermined TAT of 24 Hr.
• Coordination with sales, marketing, and proposal team.
4. Data Management & Preparation
• Updating data in Xinfo ERP timely.
• Preparing Case studies.
• Preparing Contents for Sales Guides, Whitepapers, Presentations, Brochures.
• Proper opportunity update
• Business Forecast and business reports.
• Preparing SWOT analysis of Competitive products in market
