Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Consultant based in Bengaluru. The role involves providing expert technical guidance to clients, conducting needs analyses, and offering tailored product solutions. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, delivering high-quality consulting, and supporting sales efforts to drive client satisfaction and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing client needs and solution optimization
  • Consulting and Technical Support experience to provide expert client guidance
  • Troubleshooting skills for resolving customer technical challenges
  • Sales skills to effectively promote products and drive customer engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
