Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Delhi. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service, and managing client relationships. The specialist will also provide product-related training to customers, identify opportunities in the market, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Capability to conduct product Training sessions and to guide both clients and team members
- Proficient in fostering and maintaining client relationships in a collaborative and professional manner
- Flexibility and willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2 years experience or MBA Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of electronics, RF and microwave components, or the technical domain is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
