The responsibilities include sourcing and analyzing industrial land and warehouse opportunities, managing client relationships, providing tailored real estate solutions, and negotiating deals. The role also involves market research, networking with stakeholders, and maintaining detailed records of transactions and client interactions.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 Years Experience or expertise in Real Estate Sales and Leasing in Ahmedabad only.
• Proficiency in Sales and Real Estate Property management
• Customer Service and client relationship management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze real estate trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
