Key Requirements:
Proven experience in technical recruitment (IT/Engineering roles)
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, portals, referrals)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Immediate joiners preferred (if applicable)
1. Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, RecruiterFlow, and other platforms to source and identify candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Send hundreds of outbound inMails and emails daily, targeting top talent for open positions.
- Quickly assess resumes to identify promising candidates and move them into the pipeline.
2. Pipeline & Process Management:
- Support the recruiting team by building and maintaining a pipeline of top candidates for various roles.
- Participate in client intake calls, company syncs, and weekly meetings to ensure alignment on sourcing strategies.
- Keep candidate records up to date in Recruiterflow and follow sourcing best practices.
- Ensure job posts are always current across ATS, LinkedIn, and other job sites.
3. Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with recruiters to refine sourcing methods and develop innovative strategies based on data and industry trends.
