Technical Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter, located in Mumbai. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring, as well as coordinating the recruiting process with hiring managers. The Technical Recruiter will also be responsible for technical recruiting, as well as communication with candidates and hiring managers.

• Experience in full-lifecycle recruiting and hiring
• Technical recruiting experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work with hiring managers to coordinate the recruiting process
• Experience with recruiting in the technology industry
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System and Candidate Relationship Management Tools
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment
