Role OverviewWe are seeking a Mid-Level Technical Recruiter with solid experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment and deep understanding of work authorizations and payroll structures in the US market. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying, sourcing, and placing qualified IT professionals while maintaining compliance with US hiring standards.
Key Responsibilities- Handle the complete recruitment life cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing IT professionals for US clients.
- Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), social media, and internal databases.
- Negotiate pay rates, employment terms, and ensure proper payroll classification (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Strongly understand US visa categories (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, US Citizen) and authorization requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Build long-term candidate relationships and maintain an active pipeline of talent.
- Track and maintain candidate submissions, interviews, and hiring data in the ATS.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 13 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a US staffing environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of US payroll types (W2, C2C, 1099) and how they apply to different employment scenarios.
- Strong knowledge of US visa and work authorization classifications.
- Proven success in recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT positions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently during US night shift hours from our Noida office (Sector 62).
