Job Description
Maven Workforce is hiring a Technical Recruiter with staffing/consultancy experience to support our growing client base. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in a staffing firm, managing multiple client requirements, and delivering quality technical talent within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment in a staffing/consultancy environment
- Work on multiple client requirements simultaneously
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and databases
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates for IT roles
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Handle offer negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities
- Maintain daily trackers, MIS, and recruitment reports
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Mandatory Requirements
- 25 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment consultancy
- Strong exposure to contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent staffing
- Good understanding of IT skills, technologies, and job roles
- Experience working with clients, SLAs, and TAT-driven hiring
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
