About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Tech Recruiter with a proven track record in scaling technical teams and driving end-to-end hiring strategies. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on tech recruitment experience and a strong presence on LinkedIn (20K+ network preferred), enabling deep talent sourcing and market influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for midsenior technical roles across Engineering, Product, Data, Cloud, DevOps, and emerging technologies.
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive networking, LinkedIn outreach, and community engagement.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations, and team culture.
- Conduct screening, competency assessments, and interview coordination ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Track and report hiring metrics (TAT, pipeline quality, conversion rates, etc.).
- Drive employer branding initiatives to boost visibility and attract high-quality tech talent.
- Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency).
- Strong expertise in hiring software engineers, data roles, cloud/DevOps, and product roles.
- Exceptional sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and niche tech communities.
- Demonstrated ability to close senior and specialized technical roles.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using ATS platforms and data-driven hiring practices.
- A well-developed professional presence on LinkedIn (20K+ connections/following is a plus).
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in fast-paced tech startups, IT consulting, or SaaS companies.
- Knowledge of modern sourcing tools: GitHub, Stack Overflow, Naukri, AngelList, etc.
