Job Description

Looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are passionate about building their career in Technical Recruitment. The role involves learning and executing end-to-end recruitment processes, engaging with candidates, and supporting our hiring needs across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements from managers/clients.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial telephonic discussions to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers regularly.
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Learn and apply recruitment tools, processes, and best practices.

Desired Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in learning recruitment and HR practices.
  • Good coordination and organizational abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Team player with strong work ethics.

Eligibility:

  • Fresh graduates (Any stream) or candidates with up to 6 months of internship/experience in recruitment/HR.
  • Passionate about pursuing a career in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
