Looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are passionate about building their career in Technical Recruitment. The role involves learning and executing end-to-end recruitment processes, engaging with candidates, and supporting our hiring needs across various domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements from managers/clients.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic discussions to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers regularly.
- Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Learn and apply recruitment tools, processes, and best practices.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Eligibility:
- Fresh graduates (Any stream) or candidates with up to 6 months of internship/experience in recruitment/HR.
