Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Half day on Saturday till 2:00 PM)
About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter with 25 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to meet our growing business needs. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with early working hours and a 6-day work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Source and attract top tech talent using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial screening and technical evaluation of candidates to ensure a strong fit for client/project requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate pipeline.
- Work closely with internal teams and management to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment (agency or corporate).
- Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and current industry trends.
- Experience using ATS, job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Comfortable with early working hours (8 AM 5:30 PM) and working half-day Saturdays (till 2 PM).
