Technical Recruiter Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting technical professionals and a deep understanding of the technology industry. They should be proficient in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates with the right technical skills and cultural fit for our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks

- Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit

- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics

- Build and maintain a network of technical professionals to proactively source candidates for current and future positions

- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback

- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop compelling job descriptions and job advertisements

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment

- Build and maintain relationships with universities, technical schools, and other talent sources to attract top technical talent

- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences to promote our organization and attract potential candidates

- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires

Requirements:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of technical roles and skills, particularly in the technology industry

- Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques

- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software

- Solid understanding of recruitment principles and best practices

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required
