About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition / US Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, primarily supporting W2 (US staffing) hiring across both IT and Non-IT domains. Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of IT and Non-IT positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
  • Focus on W2 (US staffing) hiring models.
  • Utilize various sourcing platforms including LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline status.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment across IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing at least 70% W2 roles (US staffing) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and technologies.
  • Excellent sourcing skills across multiple platforms and social channels.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple open positions and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with ATS and CRM tools.
  • Awareness of current recruitment and technology market trends.
