We’re looking for a Recruiter skilled in all stages of the recruitment cycle, with a keen eye for detail, dedication, and a focus on candidates. You’ll support high-volume hiring across levels, working with a collaborative team to build high-performing teams that make a difference.
Responsibilities:
• As Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical (IT & Engineering) roles.
• Handle end-to-end hiring using ATS, LinkedIn, and multiple job boards.
• Source, assess, and share candidates while maintaining a robust talent pipeline.
• Build relationships with Clients
• Facilitate the offer and on-boarding process through applicant tracking system
• Maintain consistent contact with Candidates
• Ensure a positive Candidate experience
• Manage Candidate Pool
Qualifications
• 0–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, supporting U.S., Europe, or APAC roles.
• Solid knowledge of Sourcing (Boolean search)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain Job Requirements for roles
• Writing and Posting technical Job Descriptions
• Experience with various Job Boards and Social Recruitment
• Must have attention to detail, experience and proven ability to juggle multiple priorities of varying scales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills including ability to work effectively.
