Looking for an experienced Sr. US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates using niche IT requirements.

Work with ATS like CEIPAL

Use job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.

Recruit across all tax terms, especially W2.

Handle State Client requirements and ensure quality submissions.

Requirements:

68 years of US IT recruitment experience.

Strong sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of US tax terms and hiring processes.
