Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals for various contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across the US market.
- Work on both direct client and implementation partner requirements.
- Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch), social media (LinkedIn), referrals, and internal databases for candidate sourcing.
- Perform preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate salary/rate terms with candidates and close offers.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, and follow up on interview feedback.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and accurate data in the ATS/CRM systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients.
- Keep up to date with market trends and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US recruitment life cycle and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Experience working with various job portals and networking platforms.
- Familiarity with various IT technologies and current market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously.
