Experience: 2-6 years (with Implementation companies)

Location: Mindspace (Malad)

Interview: In-person

We seek a skilled professional with 2-6 years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience, particularly in the US market. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in W2, 1099, C2C arrangements, and USA work permits. Experience in the US staffing market is a must.

Key qualifications for the role include:

• Extensive experience working with Implementation clients
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to engage candidates politely and proactively.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, with a track record of effectively scheduling candidate interviews.
• A background in technical recruiting, with a solid understanding of IT environments and terminology.
