As we expand, we're looking for a driven and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our remote recruiting team.
Role Overview:
As a Technical Recruiter at Cloudoku, you will manage full-cycle US technical hiring, work closely with direct clients, and identify top technical talent across multiple domains. This role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and deep knowledge of US recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based technical roles (intake sourcing screening interview coordination offer & onboarding).
- Work directly with Cloudoku's clients to understand role requirements, priorities, and team expectations.
- Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social platforms, talent communities, referrals, and Boolean search.
- Screen candidates for technical, communication, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
- Negotiate salary/rates and ensure smooth offer closure.
- Maintain accurate data in ATS and reports.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
- Ensure compliance with US tax terms (W2/C2C/1099), visas (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, TN), and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Mandatory: Direct client handling experience.
- Mandatory: LinkedIn Recruiter experience with proven sourcing success.
- Strong understanding of US time zones, visas, and tax terms.
- Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong closing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and fully remote environment.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with VMS/MSP environments (preferred but not mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools.
- Experience sourcing for niche technical roles at startups.
