Job Title: Technical Recruiter – UK & Europe Hiring Team
Location: Lucknow (Onsite)
Experience: 6 months – 2 years (UK/EU Hiring)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and tech roles across the UK and European regions.
- Source candidates using a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and networking.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports using ATS and CRM tools.
- Stay updated with current hiring trends, technologies, and market intelligence within the UK/EU regions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in UK/EU technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with UK/EU recruitment compliance and regulations is a plus.
