We are pleased to announce a job opening at Ampstek for the position of Technical Recruiter UK & Europe Staffing.

Job Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai

Shift Timings: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM

Availability: We are looking for candidates who can join immediately or within a 15-day notice period.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring cycle. The role also requires maintaining strong communication and professional relationships with candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-life cycle and technical recruiting
• Prior experience in UK & Europe staffing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• IT industry recruitment experience is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree
