Technical Recruiter

Company Description Trusys provides a guardrail layer that enables enterprises to deploy AI solutions with confidence and control. The platform integrates with LLM endpoints, voice bots, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows to monitor quality and safety. It uses proprietary hallucination detectors, adversarial red-team probes, and drift monitors to identify and mitigate AI risks. All outputs are mapped to industry-standard frameworks such as the EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and MITRE, generating machine-verifiable evidence for audits, compliance, and risk teams.
Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Recruiter at Trusys. The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and product roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and nurturing talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, and ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience. The role also involves using data and hiring metrics to refine recruiting strategies, maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems, and supporting employer branding initiatives in the AI and security space.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Experience in Technical Recruiting and Hiring for engineering, data, and product roles in technology-focused organizations.
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring teams and engage candidates clearly and respectfully.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and online sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Understanding of AI, software engineering, or related technical domains is highly beneficial.
• Prior experience recruiting in startup or high-growth environments is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
