About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Technical Recruiter with strong knowledge of IT technologies and proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for IT positions.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
- Stay updated on emerging IT skills and market trends (Cloud, DevOps, Data, Full Stack, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, etc.).
- Evaluate candidate technical skills and suitability based on job requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized data using ATS and recruitment tools.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
- 35 years of technical recruitment experience in the Indian IT market.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, job functions, and skills.
- Proven experience in sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and social platforms.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment CRMs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hiring for AI/ML, Cloud, Data, DevOps, and Full Stack roles.
- Exposure to contract and permanent hiring models.
- Knowledge of Boolean and X-ray search techniques.
