We are seeking a motivated and energetic US IT recruiter with 0-1 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of US hiring processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 0 months to 2 years of US IT recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of the US job market, tax terms, visas, and hiring models.
• Verify work authorization (US citizens, green card, H1B, OPT/CPT, etc.).
• Source candidates using job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates through phone interviews to assess technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and various employment types as required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients.
