Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to drive our hiring engine. This role is perfect for a recruiter who has mastered the C2H (Contract-to-Hire) landscape and is ready to manage high-impact hiring for our IT and Manufacturing divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sourcing: Design and implement sourcing strategies for niche IT roles and large-scale manufacturing requirements.
- C2H Expert: Act as the Subject Matter Expert for C2H compliance, payroll transitions, and vendor management.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Consult with Senior Hiring Managers to forecast talent needs and refine job descriptions.
- Data-Driven Recruiting: Track and report on recruitment metrics (Time-to-hire, Quality-of-hire, Cost-per-hire) to improve efficiency.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior recruiters on advanced Boolean searching and negotiation tactics.
Required Qualifications:
- Mandatory: 6+ years of core recruitment experience with a strong footprint in C2H hiring.
- Proven track record in closing leadership or niche technical roles.
- Expertise in using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
