Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technology talent across the UK and European markets. The role requires strong knowledge of regional hiring practices, compliance, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Handle roles across various IT domains (software development, cloud, data, cybersecurity, DevOps, etc.)
2. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for UK & EU markets
- Use Boolean search techniques and recruitment tools effectively
3. Candidate Screening & Assessment
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate technical interviews and feedback loops
4. Compliance & Market Knowledge
- Ensure adherence to UK/EU employment laws, GDPR, and hiring regulations
- Understand visa/work permit requirements across Europe
5. Employer Branding
- Promote company brand to attract top talent
- Maintain a positive candidate experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field
- 1–2+ years of IT recruitment experience (UK/EU markets )
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Expertise in sourcing platforms like LinkedIn
- Knowledge of GDPR and European hiring practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
