Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures
- Work closely with stakeholders and ensure smooth hiring processes
Required Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles (Developers, QA, BA, Cloud, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred:
- Exposure to APAC hiring (Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, etc.)
- Experience working with international clients or global hiring
