Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in Engineering recruitment for Oil & Gas, EPC, Steel, Construction, and Manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical understanding of engineering profiles and proven experience in sourcing and closing positions for large-scale international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation positions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, references, and Boolean search techniques
• Conduct technical screening and shortlist suitable engineering candidates
• Coordinate interviews, client submissions, follow-ups, and offer closures
• Understand project requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines
• Maintain candidate database, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports
• Build strong candidate pipelines for niche and bulk engineering requirements

Requirements:

• BE/B.Tech Mandatory (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Strong experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Steel, Construction, or Manufacturing recruitment
• Good understanding of engineering terminologies and technical positions
• Expertise in sourcing, Boolean search, and technical screening
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

• Experience handling GCC or international recruitment projects
• Immediate joiners preferred
