About the Role

Smarthyre is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end IT recruitment across multiple technology roles. This role requires strong expertise in LinkedIn hiring, technical sourcing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder coordination. You will play a key role in scaling startup hiring while strengthening employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end technical hiring for roles such as Software Engineers, Developers, Product, QA, and other IT positions
  • Source high-quality technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and organic channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial technical & HR assessments
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Ensure timely follow-ups until offer rollout and closure
  • Maintain accurate candidate databases, ATS records, and recruitment trackers

2. Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Collaboration

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations
  • Provide market insights, talent availability, and hiring recommendations
  • Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams

3. LinkedIn Hiring & Employer Branding

  • Manage and optimize the company's LinkedIn hiring activities
  • Post regular job openings and hiring updates on LinkedIn
  • Support employer branding by sharing tech hiring trends, recruitment insights, and company updates
  • Strengthen Smarthyre's talent brand through consistent online presence

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 35 years of experience in technical / IT recruitment
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and tech sourcing strategies
  • Proven ability to close roles across engineering and technology domains
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and candidate management skills
  • Experience working in startup or fast-paced hiring environments
  • Familiarity with ATS, recruitment tools, and hiring metrics
