Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for W2 positions.
- Source candidates effectively using LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Apply strong technical understanding to identify relevant resume keywords and match candidates to job roles.
- Create and optimize Boolean search strings to target the right talent.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and submission targets.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with W2 hiring and working with USC/GC candidates.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong understanding of trending technologies and job roles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
