We are looking for an experienced EU & UK IT Recruiter with proven experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates across the European market. The recruiter will support hiring requirements across multiple countries including Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Romania, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Greece, the United Kingdom, and other EU regions.
Tasks to perform
- Source and identify qualified candidates for IT and technology roles across EU and UK markets
- Work on recruitment requirements across European countries such as Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Romania, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Greece, and the UK
- Use sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, internal databases, professional networks, and Boolean search techniques
- Develop effective Boolean search strings and sourcing strategies based on job descriptions
- Conduct candidate screening calls to evaluate technical skills, experience, communication ability, and suitability for client requirements
- Confirm candidate availability, notice period, rate expectations, and willingness to work based on project requirements
- Ensure candidates clearly understand the job role, location, contract duration, and client expectations before submission
- Obtain candidate consent and Right to Represent (RTR) before presenting profiles
- Submit high-quality candidate profiles aligned with client job descriptions
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the submission, interview, and feedback stages
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS system (such as Oorwin or similar platforms)
- Add candidate notes, interaction updates, and submission status within the ATS
- Parse candidate profiles to build and maintain a strong internal candidate database
- Track submissions, interview schedules, and client feedback to ensure proper recruitment coordination
- Conduct technology and market research to identify relevant skills and candidate availability in the European market
- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
Required Experience and Skill
- 26+ years of experience in EU or UK IT recruitments
- Experience working with recruitment requirements across European countries and UK market
- Experience sourcing candidates for roles such as Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, QA/Test Engineers, Business Analysts, SAP Consultants, Cybersecurity Specialists, and Project Managers
- Strong experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques
- Experience working with ATS systems such as Oorwin, Bullhorn, or similar recruitment platforms
- Good understanding of European hiring practices and candidate work eligibility considerations
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to interact professionally with candidates and clients
- Ability to manage multiple job requirements simultaneously while maintaining submission quality and accuracy.
