Role Overview
The US Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across the US markets, focusing on technology, engineering, AI, data, and enterprise roles. This role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to deliver quality talent at speed.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for US based roles
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Build strong talent pipelines for technology and niche skill sets
- Conduct preliminary interviews and competency evaluations
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning
- Provide market intelligence on salary benchmarks and talent availability
- Ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the hiring process
Process Excellence
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS systems
- Ensure compliance with US hiring regulations and practices
- Improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 38 years of recruitment experience (US staffing experience mandatory)
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Experience hiring for IT, engineering, AI, cloud, and enterprise roles
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in US time zones
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a staffing/consulting environment
- Familiarity with visa categories (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT)
- Exposure to MSP/VMS hiring models
