Job Summary:
RGBSI is seeking an Entry- to Mid-Level US Recruiter to support hiring for IT, engineering and manufacturing roles across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, familiarity with US tax terms, and excellent communication skills. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and candidates to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for IT, engineering and manufacturing positions in the US market
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requirement intake to offer coordination
- Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or video
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure compliance with US hiring practices and documentation requirements
- Communicate effectively with candidates regarding job details, compensation, and process updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 04 years of experience in US recruitment (entry to mid-level)
- Experience recruiting for engineering or manufacturing roles
- Good understanding of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, 1099
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ATS tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with US clients or staffing firms
- Knowledge of visa categories (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.) is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
