What You'll Do
You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles including Full Stack Developers, Development Managers, Database Engineers, Technical Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and Automation Testers.
Sourcing & Pipeline Building Build and run sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, referrals, and passive-candidate outreach. Keep a warm pipeline ready before the req lands, not after.
Candidate Engagement & Screening Run first-round conversations that go deeper than a checklist — assess technical fundamentals, motivation, communication, and fit. Write outreach that people actually reply to, and represent Radiant in a way candidates remember.
Interview Coordination Schedule and shepherd candidates through technical rounds with U.S.-based hiring managers. Capture structured feedback, keep everyone moving, and unblock the process when it stalls.
Hiring Manager Partnership Intake calls, calibration, market feedback — be a real partner, not an order-taker. Push back (politely) when a JD is unrealistic, and bring data to the conversation.
Market Intelligence Track comp trends, skill availability, and competitor hiring. Share what you learn so our offers and timelines stay competitive.
Offer Negotiation & Close Manage offer conversations, handle counter-offers, and close candidates cleanly. Protect the candidate experience end-to-end — including for the ones we don't hire.
Reporting & ATS Hygiene Keep candidate records, activity notes, and pipeline data clean and current. Send weekly updates on funnel health and time-to-fill.
What We're Looking For
You'll Thrive Here If You Are
Self-driven and comfortable owning your desk without being micromanaged. Organized enough to juggle 10+ active roles without dropping candidates. Curious about technology — you don't need to code, but you should know the difference between a backend engineer and a DevOps engineer without Googling it. A straightforward communicator who brings solutions, not just status updates.
