Technical Recruiter (UK/EU)

Location: Full Onsite

Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 09:30 PM IST

Employment Type: Full Time

Looking to move from a night shift to a day shift This opportunity is for you!

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate discussions and coordinate interviews.
• Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand requirements.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Manage offer discussions, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and update candidate status regularly.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 1 to 5 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT/technical skills and job requirements.
• Experience with sourcing through LinkedIn and job portals.
• Good communication and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Candidates with experience in US, UK, Middle East, or Domestic IT recruitment will be preferred.
• Candidates currently working in night shifts and looking to transition to a day shift are encouraged to apply.
• Must be comfortable working fully onsite.
